The Cardan maintains the accuracy of our information by monitoring and updating our database. We collect personal information as follows:

  • From you directly when you subscribe using our website or our ezines.
  • When you log into our Wi-Fi at The Cardan premises
  • Photos taken by our team or employees hired for the purpose at social events.

Note: All our ezines contain an unsubscribe link.

We use your personal data, including some but not all of the personal data listed in section 5 above, for the following purposes:

  • Send The Cardan ezine to your email address
  • Photos used on our Social Media which may include a generic caption or a caption with your name

We never share your personal details with any third parties, your details are used as per section 3 above.

We never share your information with third parties.

We’re unable to provide you with our products or services if you do not provide certain information to us. In cases where providing some personal information is optional, we’ll make this clear.

For as long as we send you any of our ezines. Until such time as you request its removal.

Personal details held by The Cardan are stored offline as well as on MailChimp who distribute ezines on our behalf. MailChimp has a dedicated security team and their security policies are aligned with ISO 27001 standard.
